Dear reader, being into natural wines since few years now, I thought it could be interesting to share with you about this field through our commune passion for images. I've never liked the way the wine world talks about wine, which is why I wanted to explain it through a moodboard rather than specialist words. Here's a mood that might just give you a new way of looking at wine and maybe enjoying it differently in the future!

WINE BOX #2

• 2 bottles of Tarramoto (White maceration or Orange, Sicily)

When, with what and with whom do we open it?
The kind of wine that goes with everything, that you can open just as easily during a seaside picnic after spotting Jep Gambardella diving under a Riva at the last moment, as with the kind of pasta dish you really shouldn't eat with your white vintage Brooks Brothers shirt.

A little technical know-how to shine at the table:
A mixture of three different handpicked white grapes on limestone soil (Catarratto, Grillo and Zibibbo) with one week of maceration of the Catarratto, that's what it takes to make a fantastic orange wine with some freshness.
12% alcohol.

This wine is made in Sicily by my friend Lorenzo Raffaglio. After working as a chef in the world’s greatest restaurants, Lorenzo left his knives during the lockdown to hone his wine-making skills with François Rousset-Martin in the Jura and Fabio Gea in Piedmont, two winemakers whose reputation is already well known... Freshly settled in the west of Sicily, his two first cuvées are wonderful.
